On parle de PTRA et de PTAC : tous deux sont des acronymes faisant r\u00e9f\u00e9rence au poids d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule, pourtant ils ne d\u00e9signent pas la m\u00eame chose. Mais quelles diff\u00e9rences faire entre le PTRA et le PTAC d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule ?<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Le PTRA, case F3 sur la Carte Grise.<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3>Sa d\u00e9finition et sa fonction.<\/h3>\n<p>Le Poids Total Roulant Autoris\u00e9 repr\u00e9sente le Poids Total du v\u00e9hicule ajout\u00e9 au Poids Total de l\u2019attelage autoris\u00e9. L\u2019attelage correspond \u00e0 un v\u00e9hicule tract\u00e9.Le PTRA permet donc de connaitre le poids que peut tracter le v\u00e9hicule motoris\u00e9, en plus de son propre poids.La somme du poids de l\u2019attelage (comme une remorque par exemple) et celui de la voiture peut atteindre le PTRA, \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur mais ne doit jamais le d\u00e9passer.<\/p>\n<p>La Direction R\u00e9gionale de l\u2019Environnement, de l\u2019Am\u00e9nagement et du Logement aussi appel\u00e9 DREAL (acronyme) d\u00e9finit dans sa Foire Aux Questions, les r\u00e8gles relatives aux v\u00e9hicules tracteurs et aux v\u00e9hicules tract\u00e9es. Le Poids Total Roulant Autoris\u00e9 (PTRA) est fix\u00e9 par le constructeur du v\u00e9hicule. Le constructeur d\u00e9termine \u00e0 la construction, ce poids maximal et l\u2019inscrit sur la Carte Grise pour que l\u2019usager puisse en avoir connaissance. Il l\u2019inscrit en case F1 .<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Mais pourquoi le PTAC qui nous int\u00e9resse est en case F2 ?<\/span><br \/>\nLe PTAC pris en compte dans le pays d\u2019immatriculation, est mentionn\u00e9 en case F2 sur tous les Certificats d\u2019Immatriculation. Il est exprim\u00e9 en kilogrammes.
